Expanding technology horizons
As most of you know, I have recently started a new job. Because I am no longer employed with Apple, I can now broaden my technology world and discover if Apple’s products really are the best out there. More particularly, are they the best for what my company needs.
While at home I still use my MacBook Air and iPhone, I’m comparing those and my iPad (provided by work) to the Blackberry...

Desperate times… http://t.co/8XdiOhlF
I don’t work for Starbucks anymore, but I did for over 5 years. And as a customer, I get a joy out of telling customers how cheap and ignorant they are for pouring hot coffee in the trash an instead of asking for room, or pouring 20 oz of bar milk into an iced cup to make a cheap (not good either) latte.
You’re welcome baristas.

Prepare yourself for the commentary.
Note to self: read up on butchering. Not practice, but know how to not destroy meat and let down the team ;(

Dog Owners
No matter how much you love your dog, even the biggest dog lovers admit their dogs do some gross things.
By far the most disgusting thing dogs do is eat their puke. I have found a remedy.
After Fez ate a very hot French fry off the floor yesterday, he had some reflux. I did the mom thing and hugged him and showed him water then went to clean it up. Then caught him licking the spot.

Cheesecake for the Holidays
There’s no perfect time to give the gift of delicious cheesecake, without caring about calories, than Christmastime! I have developed a menu of my classics, as well as some new cakes just for the holidays. Each one will be made to order, so you can customize your cake however you want. The price list is in progress, but if you already know you want one, preorders are welcome!
As of now,...
Fajita Night
Tonight we made fajitas. Steak and shrimp for Ryan, and veggie for me. I sautéed everything then topped it with a homemade zesty sauce that really made them divine.
Here’s how I made it:
1/3 cup sour cream
3 - 4 tablespoons of your favorite salsa (I used Trader Joes double roasted pepper salsa. $2.99 a jar. Not bad…)
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1...

who else loved Pringles? →
If you’re like me, you grew up loving Pringles. I was enjoying a delicious and (don’t judge me) not very healthy snack of Kettle Chips and Helluva Good Dip, when I ran out of chips! Out of regular potato chips, I go for the can of Pringles in the pantry. After devouring real potato chips, I really noticed Pringles tasted very different, so I began to do some research as to why. I...
My summer obsession is totally cheesecake. Today I will revolutionize the classic cheesecake.
